001: Peter W. Knox’s followers
The first thing I did after creating this tumblr and writing my introduction post was to follow Peter W. Knox.
I don’t hate the guy, really.
But I know that he has somewhat of a following, and if I want to at all grapple with the reasons why I hate tumblr, I have to follow Peter W. Knox. Peter W. Knox is like Jakob Lodwick, only less pretentious, and so I know that merely seconds after he makes a post, I will hate something that one of his “followers” will re-blog about the post. Peter W. Knox is enigmatic in that sense. He has a way of sparking conversation, sorta. I mean, let’s be honest right? Peter W. Knox might add commentary because he doesn’t use Tumblr as some glorified Livejournal like most do, but that certainly doesn’t mean everyone else will. I mean, there’s only one Peter W. Knox, right? And no one on Tumblr is going to attempt to out-do him, or even come close to his level of internet fame by, oh I don’t know, creating content of their own right?
Peter W. Knox: the next Jakob Lodwick?
